Promote Sustainable Ecotourism in Sri Lanka -2007

This is focused on local cultures, wilderness adventures, volunteering, personal growth and learning new ways to live on our vulnerable earth or defined as travel to destinations where the flora, fauna, and cultural heritage are the primary attractions.

Since ecotourism can be used as a tool to alleviate poverty in rural areas, we design and conduct most competitive ecotourism programmes to offer benefits to local populations economically and culturally to give them incentives to protect the natural resources which create the attraction.

In this context the main visitor’s attractive places are National parks, Forests (Rain forests, dry evergreen forests, cloud forests, Mangrove ecosystems), Coastal areas ,Wetland ecosystems and Special locations (Waterfalls, hill tops, warm water springs, ancient places ) .

The programme provides an ideal opportunity to have fun with lot of team building activities and responsible travel to nature sites.
